Scheduling, charts, intake, e-signed care plans, claims billing, payments, telephony, and an AI that drafts the next move — every part of the operation under one roof, HIPAA-ready with a signed BAA.
Agency owners do not shop for features. They shop for the four problems that cost them a licence, a caregiver, a claim, or a family.
Tuni is Tunzly’s built-in assistant — not a chatbot in the corner, an agent inside the workspace. It reads your schedule, pipeline, and paperwork, answers in plain English, and does the busywork itself. Anything that leaves the building waits for your sign-off.
Type / in the composer to browse the full menu — always filtered to what your role is allowed to touch.
Schedulers, owners, nurses, and billers share one source of truth. Click through the pages your team lives in every day.
Open the app and the day is already triaged — schedule, alerts, conversions, and the AI briefing, all on one screen.
Tuni is the front door, but the AI keeps working when you’re not asking — reading your calls, your schedule, and your pipeline, then drafting the next move for you to approve.
Bring the phone into the CRM. Inbound and outbound calls through Aircall and Twilio land on the right client, get transcribed, analyzed, and turned into tasks — texts too.
Build clean X12 837P and HCFA-1500 claims from verified visits, scrub them before they go out, and post remittances back against the visits that earned them. Direct submission through Availity is coming.
Take card and ACH payments through Stripe and Plaid from the family portal, and export approved hours and pay for payroll — with direct Paychex, QuickBooks, Gusto and ADP connections rolling out.
Drag signature, initial, and date fields onto any document, send it to families and caregivers, and collect legally-binding signatures — every action audit-stamped. No third-party signing bill.
Caregivers clock in from the phone in their pocket. Location and time are captured at the door, anything that does not line up lands in an exception queue, and the record is ready before anyone asks for it.
Coming to the App Store and Google Play.
Where EVV stands today
Capture, exceptions and reporting are built and running. Submission to state aggregators is in progress — we will tell you exactly where your state sits rather than let you find out during onboarding.
Turnover is the number the whole business turns on. Every week between an application and a first visit is a caregiver who takes another offer.
Families see their loved one’s visits, care plan and invoices in their own portal, so they know how the week went without calling the office. Families who feel informed are the ones who recommend you.
Built for an HHS Security Risk Assessment from day one. Each agency’s data is isolated at the row level, activity is written to an append-only audit log, and clinical AI runs inside the BAA boundary. How we handle each law
Most agency software treats Quebec as a translation ticket. Every screen, every email, every generated document runs in French or English — chosen per person, not per company.
Canadian payroll paperwork
Record of Employment and year-end slip data is prepared and reconciled in Tunzly, with reminders, then filed through your payroll provider.
Where our French stands
Every French string has been reviewed by a native Canadian French speaker, not machine-translated and shipped. Our privacy policy and terms exist in both languages with equal standing, and a Quebec customer is offered the French first.
Your logo, your colors, your domain on the family portal and every signed document. Roles and permissions shaped to how your agency actually works.

What agencies ask us before they switch — about price, AI credits, security and getting started.
A client with at least one scheduled or completed visit in the billing month. Clients with no visits that month aren't billed.
No. Caregivers are unlimited on every plan, and you only pay for active clients. Office staff seats are included: 10 on Starter and 25 on Pro.
Every feature for 30 days, with up to 10 active clients, 5 staff seats, 300 AI credits and 5 GB of storage. A card is needed to start, and you can cancel before the trial ends.
You pay upfront for the number of active clients you expect. Each quarter we compare that with your actual count and bill the difference if you've gone over.
No. Texts and calls go through your agency’s own Twilio or Aircall account, which bills you directly at its own rates. Tunzly doesn’t count or cap them.
You get an alert at 80% and 100% of your monthly allowance. Buy an AI credit pack or turn on auto top-up. Texts and calls aren’t affected: your own provider bills them.
Fees apply only to private-pay payments families make through Tunzly. Your agency can absorb the card fee or, where state rules allow, pass it on to families. Claims paid by Medicaid or insurers have no fee.
Free for 30 days. We review each new agency, then your workspace is ready in minutes. Help moving your data if you’re switching from another system.
