Private-pay payments families make through Tunzly cost 1% by bank transfer (at most $15) or 3.4% + $0.30 by card. Claims paid by Medicaid or insurers carry no fee.

What counts as an active client?
A client with at least one scheduled or completed visit in the billing month. Clients with no visits that month aren't billed.
Do caregivers count toward the price?
No. Caregivers are unlimited on every plan, and you only pay for active clients. Office staff seats are included: 10 on Starter and 25 on Pro.
What's included in the trial?
Every feature for 30 days, with up to 10 active clients, 5 staff seats, 300 AI credits and 5 GB of storage. A card is needed to start, and you can cancel before the trial ends.
How does annual billing work?
You pay upfront for the number of active clients you expect. Each quarter we compare that with your actual count and bill the difference if you've gone over.
Do you charge for text messages?
No. Texts and calls go through your agency’s own Twilio or Aircall account, which bills you directly at its own rates. Tunzly doesn’t count or cap them.
What happens when AI credits run out?
You get an alert at 80% and 100% of your monthly allowance. Buy an AI credit pack or turn on auto top-up. Texts and calls aren’t affected: your own provider bills them.
How do payment fees work?
Fees apply only to private-pay payments families make through Tunzly. Your agency can absorb the card fee or, where state rules allow, pass it on to families. Claims paid by Medicaid or insurers have no fee.
